frtu (fdcu device) frtu hardware ส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องการใช้งาน และ ส่วนต่างๆ l/r ใช้ภายใน rtu เพื่อให้สามารถสั่งงานผ่าน rtu ได้ r/l จะต้องมีสาย short link หากัน (ถ้าไม่มีจะส่งงาน output ไม่ออก) l/r ใช้ภายใน rtu เพื่อให้สามารถสั่งงานผ่าน rtu ได้ r/l จะต้องมีสาย short link หากัน (ถ้าไม่มีจะส่งงาน output ไม่ออก) dip switch ส่วนที่อยู่ใต้ com port สำหรับ dip switch ส่วนที่อยู่ใต้ com port สำหรับ sw0 (เลือก com0 = maintenance mode for config/setup) sw1 & sw2 (เลือก mode rs 232) software paramter (ใช้งานบ่อย) serial channel = set serial port (serial 0 = com0 , serial 1 = com1) com0 สำหรับบำรุงรักษาต่อ config software com1 สำหรับต่อrs232 กับ radio > controlcenter ส่วนที่ต้องแก้ไขคือ dnp3 rtu id และ scada id และ mode การต่อ mode none คือแบบใช้สายสัญญาณแค่3 เส้น (tx,rx,gnd) สำหรับต่อกับวิทยุ หัวเว่ย (ใช้เป็น terminal mode) mode rts mode คือแบบใช้สัญญาณ 5 8 เส้น (tx,rx,gnd, rts,cts, dtr ,dcd) สำหรับต่อกับวิทยุของ dataradio (ใช้เป็น modem mode) lan connection เลือก setting para / net net 0 = ตั้งค่าสำหรับ lan0 (for service/maintenance or for scada connection 2) net 1 = ตั้งค่าสำหรับ lan1 (for connect scada(main)) ส่วนที่ต้องตั้งค่าหลักคือ ftu = ip คือ ip ของ ตัว rtu ที่เชือ่มต่อกับ digital radio และ mask(subnet) ส่วนของ master ip = ip ของ scada ที่จะใช้เชื่อมต่อเข้ามา กรณีเราตั้งค่า = 0 0 0 0 คือสามารถให้ scada ip address อะไรก็ได้เชื่อมต่อมาที่ port dnp3 lan gateway นั้นขึ้นอยู่กับ networkของ digital radio เป็นผู้กำหนด หากไม่ทราบอย่างน้องตั้งตั้งแบบเดียวกับ ftu ip แต่ตัวท้ายลงด้วย xxx xxx xxx 1 นอกจากนั้น dnp3 จะต้องตั้งค่า id ด้วย fdcu addrss = dnp3 idของ frtu ส่วน master address = dnp3 id ของ scada(master) diganostic / tips (ข้อแนะนำพิเศษ หรือ แนวทางการตรวจสอบกรณีตัวอย่าง) การทดสอบ point ผ่าน simulate mode ใช้เพื่อกรณีต้องการส่งค่าจาก frtu(rtu) > dnp3 ส่งถึง scada โดยตรง จะทำการ simulate ส่งค่า เช่น fault detection สามารถทำผ่าน simulate ส่งค่าดังนี้ > menu command(o)/simulation simulation คือ ส่งค่าไป scada address เป็น point address (dnp3 point address) เช่น di0 = point address '0' (dnp) สำหรับ analog simulation ก็เช่นกัน ai0 = analog point address '0' simulate (en/dis) = enable simuate คือ point นี้จะใช้ค่า simulate ส่ง แต่ถ้า = disable คือ point นั้นจะส่งค่าจริงส่ง value (on/off) = on คือส่ง point value = 1 // off คือส่ง point value = 0 สำหรับ analog point จะให้ใส่เป็นตัวเลขที่จะเป็น analog point value ส่งออก (dnp3 point value) เมื่อต้องการส่งค่า simulate ให้กดปุ่ม set เมือ่ต้องการให้หยุดส่งให้กดปุ่ม stop (กรณีที่มีการ set ค่าค้างไว้ เมื่อ rtu มีการปิด เปิด ค่าที่ simulate enable อยู่จะ disable ไปอัตโนมัติ) หาก point di เป็น point soe เวลา set ส่งvalue on/off ไปจะมี timestamp ไปตามลักษณะของ point ที่ตั้งค่าไว้ใน sendtable เช่นกัน หาก point di เป็น point analog with time (เช่น fault value) เวลา set ส่ง value ไปจะมี timestamp ไปตามลักษณะของ point ที่ตั้งค่าไว้ใน sendtable เช่นกัน กรณีต้องการ ในกรณีต้องการ simulate เพื่อทดสอบส่ง faullt current สามารถทำได้โดยการ ตั้งค่า analog value ให้อยู่ในช่วงการมองเป็น fault ค่าก็จะเหมือนเกิดกระแส fault ในอุปกรณ์ แล้วก็ทำการกด 'off' เพื่อหยุดส่ง (ซึ่งพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวจะเหมือนการจำลอง simulate สถานะ fault current) ทำให้ frtu ส่ง fault current ออกไปให้ scada ต่อไป กรณีที่ต้องการ simulate สัญญา direction fault ซึ่งเป็นสัญญาณ ที่เกิดจากการนำ digital input (di ) มาทำlogic (and , or gate) ภายใน frtu เพื่อรวมสัญญาและส่งออกเป็น direction faul กรณีนี้ ถ้าต้องการ simulate ให้ frtu ส่งสัญญาณ direction fault ซึ่งเป็น di point ออกไป ให้ทำการ simulate สัญญาณ ฝั่ง inputของ logic ที่ด้งการ plc0 กับ plc1 ก็ให้ทำการ simulate di point ที่ 65 และ 93 ก็จะสามารถจำลอง input ของ logic ให้ plc0 ทำงาน ตัว point directional ก็จะส่งไปที่ scada ได้ตามที่ต้องการจะsimulate point ดังกล่าว การตรวจสอบ voltage phase/ current phase ที่ frtu อ่านค่าในระบบตัว rtu ได้ เข้า maitnenance & configuration tools ไปที่ on line data (r) เพื่ออ่านค่า online จาก rtu (ต้องเชื่อมต่อกับ rtu ได้เรียบร้อยแล้ว) เข้า menu "ac" และตรวจสอบค่า p = power 3 phase หาก balance phase แล้วนั้นค่า pa,pb,pc ควรจะเท่ากัน หากไม่เท่ากัน หรือมีค่าเป็นลบ ให้สงสัยว่า phase ต่อเข้า rtu ไม่ถูกต้อง (อาจจะสลับ phase) สามารถดูเรื่อง phase ที่เข้าได้อีกส่วนคือ pfa , pfb, pfc คือ ค่า power factor ระหว่าง แรงดัน(volt) กับ กระแส(current amp) ซึ่งควรจะเป็นค่าใกล้เคียงกัน (กรณี 3 phase balance) และ angle a, angle b, angle c คือค่ามุมระหว่าง volt vs current จะแสดงให้เห็นว่ามุมเป็นอย่างไร หาก สลับ phase input ค่าเหล่านี้จะไม่สอดคล้องกัน ค่าในช่อง column raw value = (not use , ที่แสดงเป็นค่าที่อยู่ใน simulation mode เช่น a0) scaled value = (not use) primary side = ค่า analog ที่ทำการคำนวนผ่าน scale secondary side = ค่า analog value ทางด้าน secondary ที่ frtu รับเข้ามา หรือค่าคำนวน โดยใช้ ค่าจาก secondary ในการคำนวน ชี้แจงการอ่านค่าในช่องต่างๆ ดังนี้ 123,466 false true false unhandled ตามหลักส่วนนี้ไม่มีความจำเป็นต้องปรับก็ได้เนื่องจาก ถ้าพิจารณาด้าน secondary จะเป็นค่าเดิม แต่หากต้องการปรับตาม ct, pt ratio ที่ใช้งานจริงของอุปกรณ์ rtu ให้เข้าไปดูที่ setting para(p)/ai กดเลือก no ที่ input channel กรณีของ frtu เลือก no 0 เนื่องจาก hardware ตั้งค่าใช้งานมา channel เดียวคือ 0 จะเห็นค่าให้ตั้งค่าอ u set prifull(kv) = ค่า primary ratio ที่ full คือ 150v ดังนั้นถ้า scale pt = 22kv/110v ก็ต้องตั้งค่า = 150v (22kv/110v) = 30kv scale = 3000 ค่อ ที่full scale ให้ส่งค่าออกที่ dnp3 point value = 3000 เป็นต้น ซึ่งปกติจะให้เลือก = 100xprifull = 100x30 = 3000 secfull(v) = ค่า secondary ของ rtu ที่ max = 150v ดังนั้นค่านี้จะไม่เปลี่ยน deadband = ค่า deadband (value) ของค่า full scale เช่นตั้งไว้ที่ 30 หมายความว่า point value ที่อยู่ในค่า 30 (ของfull scale point value ตามตัวอย่างนี้ = 3000) หากค่าเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่เกิน 30 จะคงค่าเดิมเนือ่งจากอยู่ในช่วงของ deadband i set prifull(a) = ค่า primary ratio ที่ full คือเท่าไหร่ของ ct ??? /1 ดังนั้นค่า ที่เอามาใส่คือ full scale primary value = ??? ตามตัวอย่างนี้ ct = 600/1 ดังนั้นค่าที่เอามาใส่ = 600 scale = 600 ค่าค่า full scale ที่ส่งค่าออกไปที่ dnp point value = 600 เป็นต้น หาก ct หรือข้อกำหนด i/o list เปลี่ยนไปก็ปรับตามความเป็นจริง secfull(a) = ค่า secondary ของ rtu ที่ max = 1a ดังนั้นค่านี้จะไม่เปลี่ยน deadband = ค่า deadband (value) ของค่า full scale เช่นตั้งไว้ 6 หมายความว่า ค่า raw value ใน มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไม่เกิน6 จะไม่ส่งค่าใหม่ออกมาจาก frtu ผ่าน dnp3 ตามเงื่อนไข deadband เพิ่มเติม หาก ct ratio ต้องเปลี่ยนจาก typical config file แล้วนั้นให้ไปดูการตั้งค่า fault current ด้วย (ใน setting para/protection/fc full scale) เนื่องจากต้องปรับค่า max raw value ที่ส่งออก dnp3 ตามให้สอดคล้องกับ 20เท่าximax(primary) = max raw value ด้วย pq set prifull(mw)= ค่าในหน่วย mega ของค่า p (watt) q(var) ซึ่งตามตัวอย่าง 31 17 มาจาก max volt(kv) maxcurrent(amp) 1 732 = 31 17 kv ดังนั้นหาก max volt หรือ current มีการเปลี่ยนเนื่องจาก ct,pt ratio ไม่ตรงกับ default setting ก็จะต้องมีการตั้งค่าให้สอดคล้อง scale = raw value ที่ส่งออก dnp3 (max scale) secfull = ค่าคงที่เนื่องจาก seconday side นั้น maxvol = 150volt , maxcurrent = 1amp ดังนั้น secfull = 150 1 1 732 = 259 8 deadband = deadband ของ rawvalue เช่นถ้าเลือก deadband = 1% คือ 1% (scale) = 3117 1% = 31 (ค่า deadband อาจปรับเปลี่ยนตามความเหมาะสมกับความต้องการและการส่งข้อมูลในแต่ละลูกค้า) pf set prifull = 1 (p u) scale = 10000 หมางถึง raw value dnp จะส่ง 10000 เมื่อได้รับค่า pf = 1pu = 100% secfull = 1 (p u) deadband = ค่าdeadband เมื่อเทียบกับ scale เช่น ถ้าเลือก 1% ก็คือ = 1% scale = 1% 10000 = 100 file template สำหรับการตั้งค่า ui parameter >> click << ส่วนของค่า analog frequency นั้นจะอยู่คนละ setting para menu ค่า setting analog ส่วนของ frequency จะอยู่ใน setting para(p)/system ค่า freq full 100 (คือ 100hz ไม่ต้องเปลี่ยน) // freq scale 10000(คือค่า raw value ส่งออก dnp3 ดังนั้น ถ้า full scale dnp3 ไม่เปลี่ยนคืออยู่ที่ 100 10000 ก็ไม่ต้องเปลี่ยน) // freq deadband = ค่า deadband(unit) เทียบกับ scale value การปรับเปลี่ยนค่า fault / protection อยู่ในส่วนของ setting para(p) / protection มีส่วนของ parameter ต่างๆให้ตั้ง ตั้งค่าเกี่ยวกับ fault current (sag swell params) no 16 fc starts = 1(a) คือ pickup fault value ที่เริ่มคิด = 1amp(secondary input value) no 17 fc full = 20(a) คือ max fault value ที่สูงสุด = 20 เท่าของ imax = 1ampx20 = 20amp no 18 fc full scale = 12000 คือ raw value full scale ที่ส่งออก dnp3 ตามตัวอย่างนี้คือ raw value = 12000amp (20เท่า x imax=600amp) (ดูct ratio ว่าใช้เท่าไหร่ ตัวอย่างนี้ใช้ที่ 600/1) ดังนั้นค่า = 12000 มากจาก 20x600 = 12000 no 19 fc deadband = 10 คือ deadband value ของ scale value ตามตัวอย่างหมายความว่าค่า raw value ที่ส่งออก dnp3 เปลี่ยนค่าจากเดิมไม่เกิน = 10 ก็จะไม่ส่งค่าใหม่ออก(เนื่องจากอยู่ใน deadband) ตั้งค่าเกี่ยวกับ fault detection no 29 1st reclose = 500 ms (ค่าที่พิจารณาว่าเป็นช่วง 1st fault) no 30 2nd reclose = 15000 ms (ค่าที่พิจาณาว่าเป็นช่วงของ 2nd fault) no 31 reclaim = 60000 ms (ค่า reclaim time กี่ ms ) no 34 qualify = 30000 ms (พิจารณา normal unbalance voltage จะทำงานเมื่อมี volt unbalance เกิดขึ้นในระบบ 3 phase) no 40 qualify broken = 100 x 0 01s (ค่าที่พิจาณาว่าเป็นค่า delay time ของ broken ว่าจะทำงานกี่ ms หลังจากที่ function ได้ทำงานไป forward ให้ set parameter เป็น 0 หากต้องการเป็น directional backward ให้ set เป็น 1 การทดสอบ data quality point (di internal) data quality เป็น internal point ใช้ในการส่งออก dnp3 เมื่อ di part มีความผิดปกติ ดังนั้นการออกแบบ rtu รุ่นใช้งานนี้ data quality นี้จะ = 0 (off) เมื่อ di part ทำงานปกติ คือมี input อย่างน้อย 1 input ของ di ที่เป็น on เข้ามา =1 (on) เมื่อ di part ทำงานไม่ปกติ คือหาก input di ทั้งหมดเป็น 0 จะพิจารณาว่า quality ของข้อมูล input ผิดปกติ การทดสอบ data qulify point นี้ทำได้ 2 แบบคือ ดึง terminal di (green terminal) ออกจาก rtu เพื่อให้ input ทั้งหมดที่เข้า rtu = 0 ใช้ simulation (ใน command(0)/simulation) ส่งค่าที่ dnp point address = 20 การตั้งค่า frtu ให้สำหรับต่อกับ analog radio (ใช้ rts/cts ในการส่งสัญญาณ) \ อุปกรณ์วิทยุที่เป็น analog radio (mds or dataradio) ต้องการสัญญาณในการส่งประกอบสำหรับ handchecking (rts/cts)จะต้องทำการปรับเปลียน setting ของ serial ที่ใช้เชื่อมต่อกับ scada โดยการเปิด rts node เข้า setting para > channel > เลือก serial 1 (serial port ที่ต่อก้บ analog radio > scada) เปลี่ยน flow control จาก none >rts mode ตรวจสอบ parameter ประกอบของ rts mode ดังนี้ dcd hold = none , 0 rts hold = dropped , 10 rts/cts = check raised , 10 ทำการ download and write เพื่อให้ rtu พร้อมใช้งาน rts mode
